One of the actions which Apple took while starting transformation was the fact that they radically changed the designs of its products to make them more sleek and attractive. This was done basically to create rarefied products for masses however, what is most important is the fact that employees were part of that whole operation of design especially engineers at the firm were involved heavily in the process.
